In June 2015 Professor Michael Armstrong from Miami University engineering department rang me to enquire if 15 engineering student could visit Birkdale Neuro Rehab Centre and together we could create tools that could be used in physiotherapy. The continued rehab of a stroke patient

Here at the Birkdale we offer on going treatment and monitoring on regular bases. My client, who is a 51 years old lady, had CVA ON 2ND OF July 2012. She has improved a great deal since her stroke and has decided to become a counsellor to be able to help others who have gone through a similar experience. Calvert Trust & Children with Transverse Myelitis & ADEM

I have been treating children with transverse myelitis for last 16 years. Last weekend Transverse Myelitis society organised a family weekend at Calvert Trust in Lake District. There were many activities organised for the children and the adults and parents had the opportunity to speak to professionals who were there to help and answer questions. A good time was had by all.
